LIABILITY WAIVER
Before participating in Polygon X activities, each participant must sign this liability waiver. Please read the rules and fill out the form below.
POLYGON X — TERMS OF USE AND SAFETY RULES
These rules apply to all Polygon X territory visitors, event participants and guests. By entering Polygon X territory or participating in events, a person confirms that they have familiarized themselves with these rules and agree to comply with them.
1. GENERAL TERMS
Polygon X is an adventure and active recreation territory. All visitors must comply with safety rules and organizer instructions. Decisions of the event organizer, instructor or marshal on the territory are final and indisputable. Polygon X staff have the right to issue a warning, suspend a participant's involvement or ask a person to leave the territory if rules are violated or others' safety is threatened.
2. AGE RESTRICTIONS
Airsoft games may be participated in by persons aged 16 and over. Persons aged 16 to 18 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Persons under the age of 16 may not participate in airsoft games.
3. HEALTH AND PHYSICAL CONDITION
By participating in activities, the participant confirms that their health condition allows participation in physical activities, they have no medical restrictions that could create risk, and they assume personal responsibility for their health condition.
4. SAFETY BRIEFING
All participants must attend the safety briefing before the game, familiarize themselves with the game rules and follow instructor instructions. A participant who does not comply with safety instructions may be excluded from the game.
5. AIRSOFT WEAPON USE
Airsoft weapons may only be used on the playing field, shooting range or in areas authorized by staff. In the safe zone, the magazine must be removed, the weapon must be on safe, shooting is prohibited. Blind firing, shooting out of sight or using unauthorized equipment is prohibited.
7. ALCOHOL AND INTOXICATING SUBSTANCES
During the game, participants are prohibited from being under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances. Persons who exhibit dangerous, aggressive or inadequate behavior may be immediately removed from the territory. The participation fee paid will not be refunded in such cases.
8. TRANSPORT AND EQUIPMENT
Polygon X territory may contain off-road vehicles, military and heavy equipment. It is prohibited to board or disembark from vehicles without staff permission, or to drive or operate vehicles without authorization. Safety distance from moving equipment must be observed.
11. PHOTO AND VIDEO
During events, photography, video recording and drone filming may take place. This material may be used on the Polygon X website, social media and promotional materials. If a person does not wish to be photographed or filmed, they must inform the organizer before the event.
13. LIABILITY FOR PROPERTY AND INFRASTRUCTURE
The participant is materially liable for damage caused to Polygon X infrastructure, vehicles, equipment and props. Compensation may be sought for damage. Polygon X is not liable for lost personal belongings or damaged participant equipment.
